The application process for the UITH Nursing Admission Form 2026/2027 is strictly digital. Candidates must first visit the Remita portal and select “University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital” under the “Who to Pay” section. Select the service type “UITH General Purpose” and pay the non-refundable fee of ₦20,000. After payment, return to the official UITH website to complete the online SPBN form using your Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) number. Finally, ensure you print your completed application form and payment receipt, as these are mandatory for the screening and interview at the UITH Schools’ Complex in Ilorin.
