Successful recipients of the WYBF Scholarship 2026 will receive a financial grant of ₦100,000, alongside access to professional mentorship and career guidance.

Eligibility Criteria for WYBF Scholarship 2026
To qualify for the WYBF Scholarship 2026, applicants must meet the following core standards:
- Institution Type: You must be enrolled or accepted into an accredited public tertiary institution in Nigeria (Federal or State Universities, Polytechnics, or Colleges of Education). Notably, students in private institutions are ineligible.
- Academic Merit: Current students must maintain a minimum CGPA of 3.5 on a 5.0 scale. Freshmen must provide a valid JAMB admission letter.
- Financial Status: Applicants must demonstrate financial need through a compelling personal statement.
- Character: The foundation requires candidates of good character, verifiable through recommendation letters.
- Re-application Rule: Indeed, individuals who have already received this scholarship twice in the past are ineligible to reapply.
Mandatory Application Documents
During the registration process, ensure you have scanned copies of the following documents ready for upload:
- Academic Records: Current statement of results or JAMB admission letter.
- Personal Statement: A concise essay explaining your financial background and career goals.
- Identification: Your institution’s ID card or a letter of attestation from your HOD.
- Special Essay (Nurturing Hearts Only): A 500–750 word essay regarding your passion for children’s ministry.
- Recommendation Letter: One letter (Legacy) or two letters (Nurturing Hearts) from a cleric, HOD, or Dean.
