TSU Post UTME Form 2026 The management of Taraba State University (TSU), Jalingo has officially released the online application forms for its Post-UTME and Direct Entry (DE) screening exercise for the 2026/2027 academic session. Consequently, eligible UTME candidates and Direct Entry applicants seeking admission into undergraduate programs across various faculties can now apply on the university’s web portal.
Candidates who selected Taraba State University as their First Choice or wish to complete a JAMB Change of Institution are eligible to apply.
Eligibility Criteria & Cut-Off Mark Requirements
To be eligible for the 2026/2027 TSU screening exercise, candidates must satisfy the following academic thresholds:
UTME Cut-Off Mark: Candidates must have written the 2026 UTME and scored a minimum of 140 and above (higher cut-off marks apply for competitive departments).
First Choice Preference: Candidates must have chosen Taraba State University, Jalingo as their First Choice or changed to TSU via the official JAMB portal.
O’Level Requirements: A minimum of five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects (including English Language and Mathematics) in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB obtained in not more than two (2) sittings.
Direct Entry Applicants: Candidates must possess a recognized Diploma (ND/HND), NCE, or IJMB/A-Level qualifications with relevant credit grades.
Step-by-Step Online Application Instructions
Prospective applicants should follow these instructions to register on the TSU portal:
1.Access the TSU Portal: Step 1.
Open your internet browser and visit the official registration link at tsuniversity.edu.ng.
2.Create Application Profile: Step 2.
Click on “Post-UTME Application” and enter your JAMB Registration Number and Surname to validate your account.
3.Generate Invoice & Pay Screening Fee: Step 3.
Generate your payment invoice profile and pay the mandatory non-refundable screening processing fee of ₦2,000.00 online using your debit card or via designated bank channels.
4.Fill Bio-Data & Upload Credentials: Step 4.
Log back in to fill out your academic history, enter your O’Level grades, and upload clear scanned copies of your UTME Result Slip, O’Level results, and passport photograph.
5.Submit & Print Acknowledgement Slip: Step 5.
Review all submitted fields carefully, submit your completed digital form, and print out your Post-UTME Registration Slip for verification.
O’Level Verification Notice: Ensure your O’Level grades are properly uploaded to your profile on the JAMB CAPS portal at an accredited CBT center. Candidates with unverified O’Level records on JAMB CAPS will not be considered for admission recommendations.
