The Management of Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU) formally notifies the general public and all newly admitted candidates for the 2025/2026 academic session that they definitively closed the admission and registration exercise.
Critical Deadlines and Mandatory Compliance
All newly admitted candidates must strictly adhere to the following final deadlines. Failure to comply will result in the forfeiture of admission.

| Final Deadline for All Payments (Acceptance & School Fees) | Friday, November 28, 2025 | You will forfeit admission and exclusion from the Matriculation List. |
| Matriculation List Submission to JAMB | Tuesday, December 2, 2025 | The Board will not regularize your admission status. |
Final Admission Requirements
- Payment is Mandatory: Candidates who fail to make the necessary payments (acceptance and school fees) on or before Friday, November 28, 2025, will not be included in the Matriculation List; consequently, they forfeit their admission.
- JAMB CAPS Acceptance: Furthermore, candidates who have received an admission offer on JAMB CAPS but have not yet accepted must immediately ensure they accept the admission offer, print their admission letters, and pay their acceptance and school fees before the stated deadline.
- Matriculation Ceremony: Finally, the University Matriculation Ceremony for newly admitted candidates will take place on Tuesday, December 16, 2025.
This notice serves as the definitive confirmation of the deadlines for the OOU Admission Closure 2025/2026 exercise. The University strongly urges candidates and their guardians to ensure strict compliance.
