The Office of the Registrar at Kaduna State University (KASU) has issued a formal and urgent notice to all candidates provisionally admitted for the 2025/2026 Academic Session.
All newly admitted candidates must appear in person for a mandatory document verification exercise, known as the KASU Physical Screening. Failure to attend this exercise will result in the loss of your admission offer.
Schedule and Location
- Dates: The KASU Physical Screening runs from Tuesday, 9th December to Friday, 19th December 2025 (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily).
- Venue: The 1000 Seat Auditorium, KASU Main Campus, Tafawa Balewa Way, Kaduna.
Mandatory Pre-Screening Online Steps
Candidates MUST complete these steps before arriving at the venue:
- Portal Login: Log in to the KASU Post-UTME Portal at:
applicant.satapply.com/kasu. - Upload Documents: Upload a clear scanned copy of your JAMB Admission Letter via the portal dashboard.
- Print Slip: Print out the Post-UTME Registration Acknowledgement Slip as proof of online completion.
Documents Required for Physical Verification
You must bring the originals and two (2) photocopies of the following documents to the screening venue:
- JAMB Admission Letter (printed from JAMB CAPS).
- JAMB Original Result Slip.
- O’Level Certificate(s) (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB, etc.).
- A valid scratch card for the O’Level result.
- Two (2) copies of the online generated O’Level result.
- Birth Certificate or Sworn Court Declaration of Age.
- Primary School Leaving Certificate.
- Certificate of Local Government of Origin / Indigene Certificate.
- Post-UTME Registration Acknowledgement Slip.
- NIN Slip.
