The Directorate of Information and Public Relations, National Association of Physical Science Students (NAPSS), University of Uyo (UNIUYO), has announced the commencement of physical screening for all newly admitted students in the Faculty of Physical Sciences for the 2025/2026 academic session.
According to the notice, all freshers are expected to report to the Faculty Office at the Permanent Site for the exercise.
Required Documents for Screening
All candidates are to come along with the following documents for verification:
- Original WASSCE/NECO/GCE result
- Certificate of Origin
- Duly stamped Acceptance Fee Payment Receipt
- NIN Certificate
- 2025/2026 Post-UTME Online Registration Form
- Six (6) passport photographs (red background)
- JAMB result slip
- Birth Certificate/Age Declaration
- JAMB & UNIUYO Notification of Admission
- Recommendation Letter
Important Notice on Recommendation Letter
The recommendation letter must be issued by a village head, pastor, or a senior civil servant (not below Level 12).
Candidates are strongly advised not to pay for or obtain recommendation letters from cyber cafés or unauthorized sources.
Additional Information
Fresh students are encouraged to complete their screening on time to avoid disqualification or delays in registration.
