Following the processing and release of the UNILAG final admission list, the 2025/2026 undergraduate admission exercise is officially concluded. Therefore, the admission process is now permanently shut.
Final Status of the UNILAG Admission List
The university has finalized all phases of the admission cycle. This includes selection, screening, and registration processes after the UNILAG final admission list release. Consequently, the following rules apply immediately:
- No Additional Lists: We will not release any further lists. This includes Supplementary, Educationally Less Developed States (ELDS), or final Direct Entry (DE) lists.
- Final Vacancies: We have filled all available vacancies across all faculties and programmes. Thus, the admission window is irrevocably closed.
- JAMB CAPS Status: The process is now complete on both the UNILAG admission portal and the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS). If your name does not appear on the officially published UNILAG final admission list, you have exhausted your opportunity for the 2025/2026 session.
UNILAG’s Warning Against Admission Fraud Following the Final List
We strongly advise prospective students and parents to exercise extreme caution against fraudulent schemes. Furthermore, the university reiterates that it has no remaining vacancies or extensions available, even after the publication of the UNILAG final admission list.
Any individual or group offering “late admission slots,” course transfers, or preferential treatment for payment is engaging in illicit and fraudulent activity.
The University of Lagos conducts all admissions strictly through official channels (JAMB and the UNILAG portal). In addition, we will pursue legal action against fraudsters and those complicit in the scam.
