3.1 DEFINITION AND FORMS
Political apathy: lack of interest, enthusiasm or concern about political processes (voting, civic engagement) and public affairs. Manifestations include low voter turnout, disengagement from civic duties, and lack of attention to government actions. Political apathy refers to the loss of interest, indifference, or withdrawal of citizens from political activities in a country.

3.5 WAYS CITIZENS DEMONSTRATE POLITICAL APATHY
