Introduction
The Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU), Ago-Iwoye, has announced the commencement of its Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening exercise for the 2025/2026 academic session. Interested candidates are to take note of the guidelines, eligibility, and registration procedures outlined below.
Eligibility Criteria
UTME Candidates
To be eligible for OOU Post-UTME screening:
- You must have scored a minimum of 160 in the 2025/2026 UTME.
- You must have chosen OOU as your first choice, or you’re willing to change to OOU before starting your registration.
- You must have uploaded your O’Level results (WAEC/NECO) on the JAMB CAPS.
- You must have printed your UTME result slip.
- Foreign candidates and candidates with disabilities are exempted.
- You must be at least 16 years old by September 2025.
Direct Entry Candidates
Direct Entry applicants must:
- Have applied to OOU through JAMB and possess a valid A-Level, OND, HND, NCE, JUPEB, or First Degree.
- Have a Diploma from OOU or from another approved institution with a minimum of Upper Credit.
- Upload all credentials including O’Level results on JAMB CAPS.
Screening Dates and Venue
The Computer-Based Test (CBT) screening will be held on the following dates:

How Much Is the Form?
The total cost of the screening form and administrative charges is ₦2,000 only.
How to Apply
Follow the steps below to complete your registration:
- Visit the official OOU PUTME portal: https://putme.oouagoiwoye.edu.ng/apply.php
- Enter your JAMB Registration Number to start.
- Create a profile and proceed to generate a payment invoice.
- Make the payment online or via the designated bank.
- Complete the online registration form and submit.
- Print your OOU PUTME Screening Pass one week before your scheduled exam date.
- Application closes Thursday 31st of July 2025
Documents Required for Screening
Each candidate must bring the following documents to the exam venue:
- A printed OOU PUTME Screening Pass
- A printed 2025 UTME Result Slip
Important Notes
- OOU does not authorize any agents to assist with registration.
- Only candidates who have changed their first choice to OOU before registration can proceed.
- The screening will be a Computer-Based Test (CBT).
- Age requirement: Candidates must be at least 16 years old by September 2025.
