FUHST Cut Off Mark 2026 The management of the Federal University of Health Sciences & Technology, Tsafe (FUHST), Zamfara State, has officially released the approved departmental cut-off marks for the 2026/2027 academic session.
Candidates who selected FUHST Tsafe as their First Choice during the 2026 UTME registration or executed a Change of Institution on JAMB CAPS can now confirm their eligibility for the university’s various health science and technology degree programs.

Basic Eligibility & Screening Requirements
In addition to meeting the required UTME cut-off score, candidates must satisfy the following admission criteria:
O’Level Requirements: Five (5) credit passes in SSCE (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB) in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology obtained in no more than two (2) sittings.
First Choice Selection: FUHST Tsafe must be selected as the First Choice institution on the official JAMB portal. Candidates changing to FUHST must process it at an accredited CBT center.
Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least 16 years of age by the time of admission processing.
FUHST Cut Off Mark 2026 Steps to Process Admission & Monitor CAPS Status
Candidates meeting the cut-off thresholds should follow these guidelines to ensure seamless screening:
1.Verify First Choice Status on JAMB:
Log into your JAMB e-Facility profile to verify that FUHST Tsafe is registered as your primary choice of institution.
2.Upload O’Level Results on JAMB CAPS:
Visit an accredited JAMB CBT center to upload your SSCE grades (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB) onto your CAPS profile.
3.Register on FUHST Screening Portal:
Navigate to the official university portal, generate your screening invoice, and complete your bio-data submission.
4.Monitor Admission Status:
Check your JAMB CAPS status regularly to accept your provisional offer of admission once processed by the university.
Important Advisory: Candidates who scored below the required cut-off mark for highly competitive programs (such as Medicine or Nursing) are advised to effect a JAMB Change of Course to other health technology courses where their score meets the requirement.
