The management of the Federal University of Health Sciences, Ila-Orangun (FUHSI), Osun State, has officially commenced the sale of supplementary Post-UTME application forms for the 2026/2027 academic session.
The supplementary screening exercise follows the approval granted by the National Universities Commission (NUC) for the introduction of four new undergraduate degree programmes. Online registration opened on Monday, September 28, 2026, and will close on Tuesday, October 6, 2026.

Newly Approved Programmes & Entry Requirements
Candidates applying for the supplementary Post-UTME screening must meet the specific subject combination and O’Level criteria for their chosen course:
1. B.Sc. Healthcare Administration and Hospital Management
- Minimum UTME Score: 180
- UTME Subject Combination: English Language, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology
- O’Level Requirements: Credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in not more than two sittings.
2. B.Sc. Social Work
- Minimum UTME Score: 180
- UTME Subject Combination: English Language, Mathematics, Economics or Geography, and any other Arts or Social Science subject.
- O’Level Requirements: Credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, and three other relevant Arts or Social Science subjects in not more than two sittings.
3. B.Sc. Medical Physics
- Minimum UTME Score: 180
- UTME Subject Combination: English Language, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology
- O’Level Requirements: Credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in not more than two sittings.
4. B.Sc. Chemistry
- Minimum UTME Score: 180
- UTME Subject Combination: English Language, Chemistry, and any two of Physics, Mathematics, and Biology.
- O’Level Requirements: Credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in not more than two sittings.
How to Apply for FUHSI 2026/2027 Supplementary Admission
- JAMB Change of Institution: Candidates who did not select FUHSI as their first choice during the 2026 UTME registration must visit an accredited JAMB CBT centre to execute a Change of Institution to FUHSI as their First Choice.
- Access University Portal: Visit the registration engine at
portal.fuhsi.edu.ng/apply. - Account Creation: Sign up using a valid email address to generate an activation link, then activate your profile via your email inbox.
- Data Input & Document Upload: Fill out personal details, input verified O’Level grades, select the appropriate degree programme, and upload a clean passport photograph (maximum 100KB).
- O’Level Verification on JAMB CAPS: Ensure that your O’Level grades (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB) are fully uploaded and verified on your JAMB eFacility profile (
efacility.jamb.gov.ng) to enable admission clearance.
