The Federal University of Allied Health Sciences (FUAHS), Enugu, has officially announced Sunday, November 2, 2025, as the resumption date for the first semester of the 2025/2026 academic session. The decision reflects the university’s commitment to maintaining an organized academic calendar.
Resumption Details and Lecture Commencement
According to an internal memorandum dated October 15, 2025, and signed by the Registrar, Barr. (Dr.) Christopher Igbokwe, all students are expected to return to campus on November 2. Lectures will begin the following day, Monday, November 3, 2025.
Furthermore, the memo—referenced FUAHSE/REG/UC/VOL.1/36—states that a resumption quiz, which forms part of the continuous assessment, will be conducted during the third week after resumption.
Registrar’s Directive and Distribution
In the notice, the Registrar emphasized the importance of adhering to the academic schedule to ensure a smooth start to the semester. The document was also distributed to key university officials, including the Vice-Chancellor, Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Bursar, University Librarian, Dean of Students Affairs, Faculty Deans, Heads of Departments, and the Students’ Union Government.
