- Enter your JAMB Registration Number and Password in the required fields.
- Click on Submit to view your admission status and print your preliminary offer letter.
How to Accept Admission on JAMB CAPS Portal
Admitted candidates must formally accept the admission offer on the official JAMB portal to finalize their record:
- Step 1: Go to
efacility.jamb.gov.ngand log in with your registered email and password. - Step 2: Click on Check Admission Status and select Access my CAPS.
- Step 3: Click on Admission Status on the left panel.
- Step 4: Click Accept Admission if offered admission (do not click Reject unless you intend to decline the offer).
- Step 5: Print your official JAMB Admission Letter after accepting.

- Acceptance Fee Payment: Pay the non-refundable OOU acceptance fee via the university online payment gateway within the stipulated deadline to prevent forfeiture of admission.
- Document Clearance Preparation: Gather original copies and photocopies of your WAEC/NECO/NABTEB statement of results, JAMB result slip, birth certificate, state of origin certificate, and passport photographs.
- Course Registration: Proceed with online departmental clearance and semester course registration as instructed on the student portal.
