The management of the University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan, has officially published the 2026/2027 Post-UTME application form for admission into its College of Nursing Sciences for the National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) Nursing Programs.
Candidates who participated in the 2026 UTME and meet the mandatory entry score and subject combinations are invited to complete their application on the official UCH portal before the registration deadline.
Eligibility Criteria & Entry Requirements
To qualify for the UCH Ibadan College of Nursing Sciences Post-UTME screening exercise, applicants must satisfy the following admission criteria:
- JAMB Cut-Off Mark: Minimum UTME score specified for Nursing Science in the 2026 UTME.
- JAMB Choice: Candidates must select or effect a Change of Institution to College of Nursing Sciences, UCH, Ibadan as their First Choice on the JAMB portal.
- O’Level Requirements: Five (5) credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in SSCE (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB) obtained in not more than two (2) sittings.
- Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 16 years of age at the time of application.

1.Access the UCH Nursing Portal
Open your web browser and navigate directly to the official application portal at portal.uch-ibadan.org.ng.
2.Create Application Profile
Click on “2026/2027 College of Nursing Application” and enter your JAMB Registration Number, email address, and phone number.
3.Generate Invoice & Pay Application Fee
Generate the Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) invoice for the required application fee and complete payment online or at any commercial bank branch.
4.Complete Bio-Data & Upload Credentials
Log back into your dashboard using your application credentials, fill in your personal data, enter your O’Level grades, and upload clear passport photographs and document scans.
5.Submit & Print Confirmation Slip
Review all submitted information, finalize your application, and print two (2) copies of your official Post-UTME Screening Slip.
JAMB CAPS Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must ensure their verified O’Level results are uploaded to their JAMB CAPS profile at an accredited CBT center. Candidates with unverified O’Level records on CAPS will not be processed for final admission.
