The Directorate Headquarters of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has officially announced the schedule for the 2026 Batch ‘C’ Stream I Orientation Course for Prospective Corps Members (PCMs) deployed across the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
All foreign and locally-trained graduates who successfully registered on the NYSC portal can now prepare for immediate camp reporting and clearance.

Mandatory Documents for Camp Clearance
Prospective Corps Members must present original copies and multiple photocopies of the following credentials upon arrival at their assigned orientation camp:
- Call-up Letter: Original printed copy (Do not laminate).
- Green Card: Signed original NYSC Online Registration slip.
- Institutional Certificates / Statements:
- Locally Trained: Statement of Result or Degree/HND Certificate signed by an authorized university/polytechnic official.
- Foreign Trained: Original Degree Certificate, official transcripts, and evaluated credentials by the Federal Ministry of Education.
- Professional Licenses: Mandatory for medical doctors, pharmacists, nurses, lab scientists, and lawyers.
- Student ID Card: Valid identity card from your graduating institution.
- Passport Photographs: At least eight (8) recent passport-sized photographs with a plain background.
- Medical Certificate of Fitness: Issued by a registered government or military hospital detailing your health status.
Important Warning: PCMs with forged documents, proxy registrations, or incomplete academic transcripts will be handed over to law enforcement agencies at the camp gate.
Essential Items to Pack for Camp
To ensure a smooth 21-day orientation exercise, prepare the following personal items:
- Footwear: All-white sneakers/canvas (2 pairs) and white socks.
- Apparel: Plain white round-neck T-shirts and white shorts.
- Bedding: Bed sheets, blanket, and a small pillow.
- Utilities: Waist bag, mosquito net, power bank, rechargeable lamp, and personal toiletries.
