6.1 WORD PROCESSING (MS WORD)
- Definition: The use of computer software to create, edit, format, and print text-based documents.
- Features: Text editing, advanced formatting (styles, paragraphs), Mail Merge (personalized mass letters), tables, spell check, and grammar correction.
- Application Areas: Writing letters, reports, books, memos, résumés.

6.2 SPREADSHEET (MS EXCEL)
