Under the revised framework, the arrival time for candidates assigned to the first examination session has been moved back to improve candidate safety, ease pre-dawn travel, and lower absenteeism across Computer-Based Test (CBT) centres nationwide.

- Safety & Security of Candidates: Shifting the start time reduces the risks faced by candidates who previously had to leave home before dawn to reach distant test centres.
- Logistical Feasibility: It accommodates candidates traveling across municipal boundaries or high-traffic corridors.
- Reducing Absenteeism: Eliminates early-morning transit delays that frequently resulted in candidates missing biometric screening.
