The directive, signed by Director of Press Boriowo Folasade, signals a zero-tolerance stance on academic fraud.
- What Changes: Schools—both public and private—must not permit admission or transfer into SS3 under any circumstance.
- Permitted Grades: Students are only eligible for admission or transfer into Senior Secondary School One (SS1) and Senior Secondary School Two (SS2).

This measure directly addresses the controversial practice of “special centres” and eleventh-hour student movement. The Ministry acts now to:
