The University Management issues these mandatory guidelines for the Acceptance, Screening, and SSUES admission confirmation 2025/2026 for all newly admitted candidates. Fresh students must follow these instructions strictly to secure their placement for the new academic session.
Phase 1: Online Acceptance and Payment Procedure
Candidates must complete these sequential steps via the university portal:
- Portal Access: Visit the University Students Portal: https://portal.ssues.edu.ng.
- Admission Status Check: Select “Check Admission Status” and input your JAMB Registration Number. Therefore, you can quickly verify your admission offer.
- Invoice Generation: Upon confirmation of admission, generate the Acceptance & Screening Invoice.
- Fee Payment: Complete the payment online using the “Click Here to Pay Online” option (Card or Bank Transfer). Crucially, ensure you print the payment invoice.
- Data Completion: Log back into the portal using the JAMB Registration Number as both username and password. Subsequently, update all required sections: Bio-data, Next of Kin, O’Level/A’Level details, and upload a clear passport photograph and signature.
Phase 2: Physical Confirmation Requirements
Following the online process, candidates must proceed to the designated Confirmation Venue for the final SSUES admission confirmation 2025/2026.
Required Documents for Physical Confirmation (Bring Originals and Photocopies):
Candidates must bring two (2) printed copies of the Bio-data Form, Evidence of Acceptance Fee payment, and Evidence of Screening Fee payment, alongside the following documentation:
- JAMB Documents: Original and institutional copies of the JAMB Admission Letter.
- Academic Credentials: Primary school certificate, O’Level / A’Level results.
- Personal Documents: Birth certificate / declaration of age, Indigene letter.
- Photographs: Recent Passport Photographs.
All admitted students must adhere to these guidelines to successfully complete the SSUES admission confirmation 2025/2026.
