The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has announced the official upload and submission schedule for the 2025 Batch C Senate List. The NYSC portal will open from Monday, 20th to Friday, 24th October 2025 for all institutions to upload their Senate/Academic Board Approved Lists in preparation for the upcoming mobilisation exercise.
NYSC Senate List Upload Guidelines
All Students Affairs Officers (SAOs) are advised to carefully collate and upload accurate student data during the process. The NYSC emphasized that any request for correction after submission will not be entertained, so officers must verify all information before final upload.
Submission of Hard Copies
After the online upload, the submission of hard copies of the Senate/Academic Board Approved List will take place from Monday, 3rd to Friday, 7th November 2025 at the NYSC National Directorate Headquarters (NDHQ), Abuja.
Each institution’s SAO must personally submit the documents at the headquarters. Failure to do so will disqualify graduates from registering once the NYSC portal opens for online registration.
Important Requirements
Institutions must ensure that:
- Each page of the submitted hard copy is stamped and signed.
- The documents are indemnified by the Registrar before submission.
- The list matches exactly with the online upload to avoid disqualification.
