Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (COOU) has officially released the admission list for the 2025/2026 academic session. All candidates who participated in the university’s admission screening exercise are advised to check their status through the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS).

How to Check COOU Admission Status on JAMB CAPS

1. Visit the JAMB e-Facility portal: https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng
2. Log in with your registered email address and password.
3. Click on “Check Admission Status”.
4. Select “Access My CAPS”.
5. Click on “Admission Status” to view your result.

• If offered admission, your photo and a congratulatory message will appear.
• If not yet admitted, you will see: “Sorry, No Admission has been Given Yet.”

What to Do After Admission Offer

• Candidates must accept or reject the admission:
  • Send ACCEPT or REJECT as SMS to 55019 or 66019 using the phone number linked to your JAMB profile.
  • If your number is not linked, visit a JAMB-accredited centre to complete the process.
• Admission offers must be accepted within 4 weeks.
• After acceptance, print your JAMB Admission Letter, which will be required during clearance and registration at the university.

• Admission is released in batches. If you have not been offered admission yet, keep checking as more names will be uploaded.
