Important Instructions for Candidates Yet to Receive Admission Offers
Admission uploads are executed in batches across departments and faculties. Candidates whose status currently displays “Admission Still in Progress” or “Not Admitted” are advised to take the following steps:
- Verify O’Level Upload on CAPS: Log in to your CAPS profile and navigate to the “My O’Level” tab. Ensure that all verified WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB grades are reflected accurately. Candidates awaiting results must visit an accredited JAMB CBT center to upload their O’Level results.
- Check Transfer Approval Tab: Candidates who applied for high-demand programs (such as Medicine, Law, Nursing, or Pharmacy) may be recommended for alternative programs. Check the “Transfer Approval” tab on CAPS to accept or reject recommended course adjustments.
- Monitor the ESUT Portal: In addition to JAMB CAPS, candidates should regularly log into
portal.esut.edu.ngto monitor institution-specific clearance updates.
