All newly admitted freshers must complete their online verification before the portal closes. Candidates who fail to complete their clearance before the slated date risk forfeiting their provisional admission offer.

- State of Origin Certificate / Indigeneship Verification (IIVC) Slip for Lagos State origin candidates
- National Identification Number (NIN) or LASRRA ID Slip

Follow this step-by-step procedure to ensure your clearance reaches 100% approval:
- Access the Official Portal: Visit www.lasu.edu.ng, navigate to the STUDENT tab, and click on UG LACACA.
- Login Credentials: Enter your JAMB Registration Number as your username and your Surname in uppercase as your password.
- Biodata & Disability Verification: Confirm your personal information and complete the disability status profile.
- Upload Academic Credentials: Carefully upload your O’Level/A’Level certificates alongside your PIN and Serial Number details for online verification.
- Submit Application: Carefully cross-check your uploaded documents, check the declaration box, and click Submit.
- Track Your Clearance Progress:
- Upon initial submission, your progress indicator will display 20%.
- Periodically check back as your Faculty Officer, Admissions Officer, and Medical Team review your credentials.
- Once your progress reaches 100%, your LASU Matriculation Number will automatically generate, allowing you to print your Admission Clearance Certificate.
