The management of Jigawa State Polytechnic (JIGPOLY), Dutse, has officially announced the release of its Post-UTME online screening application form for admission into various National Diploma (ND) Full-Time programs for the 2026/2027 academic session.
Candidates who wrote the 2026 UTME and selected Jigawa Poly as their institution of choice—or those interested in carrying out a JAMB Change of Institution—can now complete their screening profile on the institution’s admission gateway.
Eligibility & Entry Requirements
To qualify for the 2026/2027 JIGPOLY screening exercise, candidates must satisfy the following criteria:
- Minimum Cut-Off Mark: Candidates must have scored 100 and above in the 2026 UTME.
- O’Level Credit Requirements: Possession of at least five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects (including English Language and Mathematics) in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB obtained in not more than two (2) sittings.
- JAMB Choice: Candidates must select Jigawa State Polytechnic, Dutse as their First Choice on the JAMB portal or process a Change of Institution at an accredited CBT center.
Step-by-Step Online Application Guide
Follow these sequential steps to process your ND screening form on the official portal:
1.Access the Portal:
Open your browser and navigate directly to jigpoly.edu.ng or the portal at jigpoly.admissions.cloud.
2.Create Application Profile:
Select “New Application” and input your active mobile number, email address, and JAMB Registration Number.
3.Pay Processing Fee:
Generate your Remita payment invoice and pay the non-refundable screening fee of ₦2,000.00 using your ATM card or at any commercial bank branch.
4.Fill Bio-Data & Upload Results:
Log back in with your portal credentials to complete your personal information, enter your O’Level grades, and upload clear scanned copies of required credentials.
5.Submit & Print Acknowledgement Slip:
Review all submitted fields, finalize your submission, and print two (2) copies of your official Post-UTME Registration Slip.
JAMB CAPS Alert: Candidates must upload their verified O’Level results (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB) to their JAMB CAPS profile at an accredited CBT center to remain eligible for final admission processing.
Important Advisory for Candidates: If your status displays “HELD” or “WITHHELD,” avoid paying money to fraudulent individuals or unauthorized websites claiming they can “up-grade” or “unblock” withheld results. WAEC results can only be released through official NEC approval.
