FUMMSA management has fixed the final online registration deadline for:
- Registration Closure: Monday, November 17, 2025
Candidates must ensure all necessary steps, including the change of institution (if applicable) and portal registration, are completed before this time to be considered for FUMMSA Admission 2025.
Eligibility Criteria and Cut-Off Mark
The minimum score required to be eligible for the FUMMSA screening exercise is 200 in the 2025 UTME.

- UTME Score: Candidates must have scored a minimum of 200 in the 2025 UTME.
- Institution Choice: FUMMSA must be the candidate’s First Choice Institution on the JAMB portal. Candidates who chose FUMMSA as their second choice or beyond must process a Change of Institution immediately.
- O’Level Requirements: Candidates must possess a minimum of five (5) credit passes in the relevant subjects (English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) at not more than one sitting.
