The University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) has officially released the 2025/2026 Supplementary Admission List II, containing additional candidates offered provisional admission into various undergraduate programmes. All successful candidates are urged to check their admission status on the UNN portal and begin the required registration procedures without delay.
Important Instructions for Admitted Candidates
All newly admitted students must carefully follow the steps below to ensure successful admission processing and registration.
1. Upload of O’Level Results
Every candidate must upload their O’Level results to the JAMB portal through any JAMB-approved CBT centre (if not already done). After the upload, candidates should confirm that the results reflect properly on JAMB CAPS.
Note: Admission processing will not be completed without a valid O’Level upload.
2. Change of Course (If Applicable)
Candidates who were recommended for a programme different from their initial choice (via Advert/Shopping or Supplementary routes) must visit an accredited CBT centre to complete a Change of Course on the JAMB portal.
Once completed, candidates should print their updated admission status and submit it to the UNN Admissions Office for proper processing on JAMB CAPS, which is the only authentic platform for confirming admission.
3. Accept Admission on JAMB CAPS
After completing the required steps, all candidates must log in to the JAMB portal and click “Accept Admission” on CAPS.
Failure to accept the offer means the candidate will not receive a JAMB Admission Letter and will be considered not admitted.
4. Payment of Acceptance Fee
Candidates should follow the steps below to pay the acceptance fee:
- Visit the UNN website: unn.edu.ng or unnportal.edu.ng
- Log in with your JAMB Registration Number and generate a Payment Invoice containing your Remita number
- Pay the ₦30,000 acceptance fee at any commercial bank or at UNN Microfinance Bank
- Ensure the correct invoice number is used and obtain a confirmation slip with your Confirmation Number and Invoice Number
- Return to the UNN portal and use these numbers to print your Admission Slip and complete your Acceptance Form online
5. Proceed with Full Registration
After the acceptance process, candidates should continue with all other fee payments and registration procedures as outlined on the official UNN website.
Important Notice
The admission offered is strictly provisional. At any stage—even up to the final year—if it is discovered that a candidate does not meet the minimum university, faculty, or departmental entry requirements as approved by the Senate and published in the JAMB Brochure, the admission will be withdrawn immediately.
