The University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT) has released the Provisional Admission List for the 2025/2026 academic session. All candidates who took part in the screening exercise can now check their admission status through the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS).
How to Check UNIPORT Admission Status on CAPS
- Go to https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng
- Log in with your registered email address and password.
- Select “Check Admission Status”.
- Click on “Access My CAPS”.
- Click on “Admission Status” to view your result.
- If admitted, your photo and a congratulatory message will appear.
- If not yet admitted, you will see: “Sorry, No Admission has been Given Yet.”
What to Do After Admission Offer
- Accept or reject the admission offer:
- Send ACCEPT or REJECT as SMS to 55019 or 66019 using the phone number linked to your JAMB profile.
- If your number is not linked, visit a JAMB-accredited centre.
- Candidates must act within 4 weeks of the admission offer.
- After acceptance, print your JAMB Admission Letter — this will be required for clearance and registration at UNIPORT.
Important Notes
- Mobile users may not see the full CAPS options. Switch your browser to desktop mode (recommended: Chrome) to access the complete page.
- Admission is released in batches. If you are not yet admitted, keep checking as more names will be uploaded.
