The management of Borno State University (BOSU) has officially released the admission list for the 2025/2026 academic session. All candidates who participated in the admission screening exercise are hereby advised to check their status on the JAMB CAPS portal.

How to Check Your Admission Status on JAMB CAPS

1. Visit https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/
2. Login with your registered email address and password.
3. Click on “Check Admission Status.”
4. Select “Access my CAPS.”
5. Click on “Admission Status” to confirm whether you have been offered admission.

Possible Messages You May See:

• “Congratulations, you have been offered admission” → Your admission has been confirmed.
• “Admission in progress, check back later” → You are likely to be admitted soon.
• “Sorry, no admission has been given yet” → Admission is still ongoing; check again later.

Next Steps for Admitted Candidates

1. Accept or Reject Admission:
   • Send ACCEPT or REJECT via SMS to 55019 or 66019 using the phone number linked to your JAMB profile.
2. Deadline: Candidates have 4 weeks to accept their admission offer.
3. For Candidates Without Their JAMB Phone Number: Visit the nearest JAMB-accredited CBT centre to complete the acceptance process.
4. Print Admission Letter: After accepting, log in again to JAMB CAPS and print your JAMB Admission Letter, which is mandatory for clearance and registration at the University.

Important Note for Mobile Users

Some phones may not display the full CAPS options. To solve this, open the JAMB portal using Chrome browser and select “Request desktop site” to view all features.
