This is to notify all prospective students of Taraba State University (TASU), Jalingo that the management has released the admission list for the 2025/2026 academic session.

How to Check TASU Admission List

As of now, candidates can only confirm their admission status via the JAMB CAPS portal.

Steps to Check Admission Status on JAMB CAPS:

1. Visit JAMB e-Facility Portal
2. Log in with your JAMB username and password.
3. Scroll down and click Check Admission Status.
4. Select Access my CAPS.
5. On your browser, click the three-dotted menu (⋮) and enable Desktop Site.
6. Click again on Admission Status to view your result.

You may see one of the following:

• CONGRATULATIONS → Accept or Reject the admission and follow further instructions.
• Admission in Progress… → Be patient; check back later.
• Not Admitted → Do not lose hope; the list is released in batches.

Important Information for Admitted Candidates

• Log in to your JAMB CAPS and ACCEPT or REJECT your admission.
• Print your JAMB Admission Letter after accepting.
• Print your original JAMB Result Slip (with passport photograph).
• Apply for a Change of Course (if offered a course different from your initial choice).

Next Steps After Admission

• You can also confirm your admission by sending ACCEPT or REJECT via SMS to 55019 or 66019 (using the phone number linked to your JAMB profile).
• After acceptance, print your JAMB Admission Letter – it will be needed for clearance and registration at TASU.

• Keep checking the JAMB portal regularly, as TASU admission lists are released in batches.
