1. Introduction
Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) has officially opened its online portal for the 2025/2026 Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening. Candidates who selected ESUT in the 2025 UTME, as well as those who wish to switch to ESUT, are invited to participate in the online screening exercise.
2. Who Can Apply?
- Candidates who selected ESUT as their first choice in the 2025 UTME.
- Candidates who did not initially select ESUT but are willing to do a change of institution through JAMB.
- Direct Entry (DE) candidates with relevant A-level qualifications.
- Candidates awaiting WAEC/NECO/NABTEB May/June 2025 results.

4. Registration Start and Deadline
- Start Date: Tuesday, 29th July 2025
- Deadline: Sunday, 31st August 2025
- Screening Mode: Online only. No physical screening required.
5. How to Apply for ESUT Post-UTME Screening
Follow the steps below to complete your application:
- Visit the ESUT official portal.
- Click on “2025/2026 Admission Screening Registration” under Regular Students.
- Enter your JAMB Registration Number and click “Submit”.
- Provide your email and phone number.
- Generate an invoice and choose a payment method:
- Online payment using ATM card (InterSwitch)
- Payment at any bank using the invoice printout (InterSwitch PayDirect)
- Pay N2,000.00 screening fee.
- Return to the portal and re-enter your JAMB Reg. Number.
- Complete the form, confirm details, and submit.
- Print your acknowledgment slip.
6. Important Notes for Candidates
- All O’Level results must be uploaded to the JAMB portal.
- Candidates with name inconsistencies across documents risk disqualification.
- Only results released on or before 30th September 2025 will be accepted.
- Ensure all submitted information is accurate, as false entries will lead to disqualification.

8. Direct Entry Candidate Guidelines
- DE candidates should update the online screening form with relevant qualifications (e.g., A-level, NCE, OND).
- DE candidates must forward their academic transcripts to the ESUT Registrar and confirm submission via email.
