The management of Imo State University (IMSU), Owerri has announced the commencement of registration for the 2025/2026 Post-UTME and Direct Entry (DE) screening exercise. The registration starts on Monday, 22nd July 2025.

Who Can Apply for IMSU Post-UTME 2025/2026

• Candidates who chose IMSU as their first choice in the 2025 JAMB UTME.
• Candidates who scored 150 and above in the UTME.
• Candidates who wish to choose IMSU can still apply by visiting a JAMB CBT center to change their first choice institution to IMSU.
• Direct Entry candidates must possess OND, HND, NCE, First Degree, ‘A’ Level, or equivalent qualifications in relevant disciplines.

How to Apply for IMSU Post-UTME Form 2025

1. Visit the IMSU portal via www.imsu.edu.ng
2. Click on “2025/2026 Post-UTME/Direct Entry Application.”
3. Enter your JAMB Registration Number to confirm eligibility.
4. If eligible, proceed to pay the non-refundable fee of N2,000.
5. Fill out the application form online.
6. Print your payment receipt.
7. Return to the portal after 24 hours to complete your application.
8. For convenience, you may use IMSU Microfinance Bank for payment.
9. Come with your acknowledgement slip on the screening day.

For Direct Entry (DE) Applicants

All Direct Entry candidates are expected to:

• Apply online as stated above.
• Forward copies of their academic transcripts and other relevant results to the: Registrar, Imo State University, Owerri.
