Why Some Candidates May Not See Their JAMB Results?

Some Candidates may NOT see their results because of:
1. Withheld Results
- Over 60,000 results are withheld due to exam misconduct allegations.
- These results will be reviewed, and if the candidates are cleared, their results will be released.
2. Results Not Released
- JAMB releases results in batches.
- Candidates should check back later, as their results might be processed and released subsequently.
3. Incorrect SMS Format
- Candidates must send “UTMERESULT” to 55019 or 66019 without mistakes.
- Ensure the message is sent exactly as instructed to avoid errors.
4. Wrong Phone Number
- The SMS must be sent from the same phone number used for JAMB registration.
- Using a different phone number can prevent result delivery.
5. Network Issues
- Network errors can prevent result delivery.
- Candidates can try again later, potentially during off-peak hours, to resolve network-related issues.
If you’re experiencing issues, double-check your SMS format and phone number, and try again later if necessary.
